Jay Rabe is nationally certified and a Licensed Massage Therapist in both Oregon and Washington.

 

If you are a Tango dancer, then you know all about a sore lower back and sore and tired feet from hours of dancing in tight shoes at one of Portland's famous Tango festivals.

 

For your feet I offer a spa-type herbal soak and deep Reflexology massage that works Wonders!

 

For your back, legs, and the rest of your bodily aches, I customize a routine based on your needs. If desired, I can integrate  Thai,  Shiatsu, Reiki, and Swedish massage styles into a holistic routine that can be invigorating or relaxing depending on your preferences.
